Every time you shop with Inspirational Treasures, you are backed by our security guarantee. When you are shopping at Inspirational Treasures, you are shopping on our secure server, which encrypts all of your personal information, including name, address and credit card number. All credit card transactions made on the Inspirational Treasures Web site are protected using industry standard SSL Security. All Inspirational Treasures credit card transactions are cleared through our secure servers that are protected from fraud with a certificate.
Inspirational Treasures respects your privacy and as such will never sell, rent or give out your information to anyone.
Cancellation - For wholesale purchases, cancellation notice must be submitted either by phone/email no later than 24 hours after the order is placed. During this period if an order has not been sent to the warehouse for processing yet then we can cancel the order. However, due to the high cost of fulfillment and restocking operations, if the order has already gone into the processing period then any cancellation will incur a 25% restocking fee. We advised our customers to please make sure you identify the handbags that you wish to purchase before completing the transaction.
BackOrder/Out of stock items - Please note that due to our large selection of products and fast overturn rate, it is sometimes not possible for us to fulfill 100% of the order. The missing items are either out of stock or in backorder/discontinued status. We will ship out whatever we have in stock and will ONLY charge on the products that we have shipped out. You will NOT be charged for the items that are out of stock or backorder/discontinued and the shipping cost will be adjusted accordingly. For the missing items, manufacturers may/may not restock the items until a much later date. Therefore, in order to avoid long delays, the order is considered as completed unless otherwise specified.
Large Order - Order that is more than $1000 is considered as large order. For payment with credit card, we will have to charge 50% as a deposit to process the order, and another 50% when the order is completed and shipped. For wire transfer, money order, and paypal payment must be paid in full before processing. COD for large order must have a credit card on file..
Special/Custom Order - Specially custom order requested by the customer will not be refundable or exchangable unless product is damaged during transit. Order with special order status will be communicated to the customer for approval prior to processing.
Pre-Sale items - If you purchase a combination of presale and regular items, we will ship out the regular items first and will ship out the presale items when they become available. You will be charged the full amount when we ship out the regular items to avoid double authorization from your credit card company. Product Condition - All products are examined and sold NEW to our customers. We work closely with our supplier such to get the latest and newest product to you. Please note that the package box may be sometime distorted due to shipping conditions beyond our control.
Order Processing - It takes about 1-5 business days to process your order. We will make every attempt to ship your items on the same day you placed the order if they are in stock. Your shipping methods "UPS Ground, 2nd Day, or Next Day" will apply after we processed your order. For large orders, we may utilitze common freight carriers instead. We now have an "availability" status indicator for each product so that you can estimate when will the order be shipped. If you purchase a combination of products with different availability status please use the longest duration as guidelines. Delays may occur due to backorder, out of stock, or discontinued items.
Order Status - Order status are updated on an ongoing basis.
Pricing - All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Liability - Inspirational Treasures will not be responsible or liable for any labor, or incidental or consequential damage of any kind as the result of the product usage. Buyer shall assume the responsibility for operating the product in a safe manner and acknowledge any product risk. In no event shall our liability exceed the cost of the goods.
THESE TERMS, POLICIES AND CONDITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
We understand that you as customers have your own deadlines to meet, and we will try our best to meet those deadlines. However, due to the high turnover rate of the products, there are times when deadlines just could not be met. We apologize in advance for such inconvenience. Please make sure you place your order well in advance so that the chances for missing the deadlines are minimal.

We focus on providing high quality handbags and purses that are uniquely designed. The design and trademark of these handbags are patented by our handbag manufacturers and suppliers, therefore, we discourage private labeling of these handbag products.

Shipping Policy

The goal of Inspirational Treasures is to provide a wide selection of handbags products 24 hours-a-day. We will make every attempt to ship your order in the same day the order is placed. Our normal order processing time is between 1 to 5 business days. Delays may occur for products on back order, in limited availability or on special order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. Orders received before 5 p.m. Eastern Time Monday through Friday will be processed the same day. Orders received after 5 p.m. Eastern Time will be processed the next day. Orders received after 5 p.m. Eastern Time Friday, Saturday, or on Sunday will be processed on Monday. Our transportation partners do not process orders on the weekend. Therefore, if you place an order after 5 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, you may experience a delay between your order shipped confirmation email and the actual shipment of your order. Overnight, 2-day, and 3-day packages are delivered Monday through Friday only.
Alaska and Hawaii:shipping may require an additional one to two days.

Our products are shipped using USPS or UPS. Our shipping fees are equal to UPS/Fedex shipping costs based on the weight of the item(s) ordered. If your shipping charge shows 0 for your order, it means you order will be calculated at a later time. We will contact you by email/phone to notify you of the exact shipping charge before processing your order, when requested.
Shipments that are refused or undeliverable will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%, in addition to applicable shipping, transaction and insurance fees. Furthermore, any shipments returned "REFUSED" for any reason will be permanently dropped as a distributor and no further shipments will be made. Inspirational Treasures does not ship to APO addresses.
International Customers - We ship worldwide therefore international orders are welcome. However, when placing the order, please keep in mind of the relatively high shipping cost to your location. We use standard Fedex International Economy rate to ship all international packages. Please note that you are responsible for all import duty/tax due when the products are shipped to your country. Please check with your local Custom office to determine the import tax due. Thank you. Note:

Return Policy

Inspirational Treasures, we will not replace or exchange any Bath & Body product for sanitary reasons, all of these products are made fresh per order. We will replace or issue a store credit for handbags, wallets, scarves to the customers if the product is delivered under one of these 2 conditions.
Wrong product - If you get the wrong part due to our shipping mistake, please notify us within 2 business days to arrange for the product to be returned to us and we will refund you your shipping cost and send the correct product back to you.
Defective Product – If you received a defected product, please notify us within 2 business days and we will assign a RMA for you to return the product back to us. After we have examined and confirmed the defective product We’ll get a new one out to you right away.
Also, when returning items:
1. All returned items must be in the original packaging.
2. We will not give a credit for used merchandise.
3. A copy of your invoice must accompany the item(s).
Please note that no returns will be accepted without an RMA# and/or after 14 days. You can request a RMA number by sending an email to custsrvc@inspirationaltreasure.net with the following information:
Your phone number
Your billing address
Your e-mail address
Your original order number
Reasons for returning the item
Note: Returns without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.
In the return package, please include a copy of your email invoice and your RMA number.
Any refused shipment sent back to Inspirationaltreasures.com does not constitute the right to a credit. The customer will have to make arrangements with Inspirationaltreasures.com to receive the refused shipment again. All refused shipment returned to Inspirationaltreasures.com for credit is subject to 25% re-stocking fee and deduction of shipping cost. Products returns for credit will be made only if the return meets the above guidelines. Product returned without adhere to the above conditions will result in the return of the product to the customer and additional shipping/handling charge on the customer.
