African Black Soap

We take pride in our true and authentic Indigenous African Black Soap and consider it a prime example of the beauty of indigenous knowledge.  Unscented bars do not have any added fragrances. Contains: Saponified virgin palm kernel oil and unrefined Shea Butter. Savanna Spice scented bars contain pure essential oils of ylang ylang, amyris, patchouli and cinnamon. Care: African black soap should be stored in a cool, dry environment when not in use, as it readily absorbs moisture from the air due to its very high natural glycerin content. Black Soap should be kept in a dish as it is a natural soap and more susceptible to water softening. Keep in a bowl or well-drained to retain shape.

Use: This black soap is used by mothers in Africa to wash their newborn babies, as its purity makes it gentle and non-drying for their sensitive skin.  We recommend it for all skin types as well as individuals with sensitive skin. We also have been notified that it has helped those with acne.
